Luxhousing Oy offers you a comfortable furnished apartment in the center of Helsinki, which is an excellent choice for both short visits and longer-term living. Key handover

The apartment will be handed over to the tenant at 2 pm or possibly earlier by agreement. The apartment must be left by 12 pm. The keys will be left in the apartment.

Apartment cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the rental agreement. 

If necessary, the resident can order intermediate cleaning through us for an additional fee. The intermediate cleaning price includes a change of towels and bed linen.

You will receive apartment-specific instructions by email in advance before handing over the keys.

Paying rent

Payment is made either by bank transfer in advance, in cash or with MobilePay.
